Along the way, I noticed a pattern - smaller companies are underserved by traditional recruitment models. Recruitment agencies are expensive, transactional, and don’t always understand what it’s like to build a team from scratch, but hiring volumes don’t justify a full-time talent advisor.

That’s why I started Hire Wisely.
